So i have a nephew who is turning 20 on Monday April 10th. We are throwing him a small party today at my parents house in south western VA. I asked what food he would like and he said i want ribs! So i just made them this morning (Saturday) and took some pics. though i would share with all of you so you see the delicious ribs i made him!

Ribs rubbed the night before and sit in the fridge. I used Butcher's BBQ wild cherry rub.

after it had been on the smoker a couple hours!

This what my smoker looked like this morning! ribs to the right and a tenderloin and chuckie on the left for weekend's dinners!

Finished with homemade "candy apple red sauce" baked on for 30 minutes!

So thanks for looking and i have already sampled a bone from each rack (quality control) and they are tender. juicy and delicious!

Happy Smoking,

Tasty looking ribs! Quality check is mandatory as far as I know.

Good looking ribs. That's next on my cook list. Love making them. Awesome wife. My girlfriend surprised me as well with a Grilla Kong. Good job again
