Tried out the new pitmaster 110 ..on some spare ribs .. ran em hotter then normal 250.. also didn't wrap them ... also put some brown sugar in the rub...with paprika salt pepper ceyanne garlic powder.. I also used a new BBQ sauce ma BBQ ..smoked in cherry wood .
the bbq sauce is really good! Thin like a glaze.packed with flavor
Higher temps .. didn't care for it .. I think my ribs are better at 225
Brown sugar in my rub .. well I remembered y I don't care for it in the rub.. I definitely will stick to no sugar til the last hour .. plus to much char
No foil.. well I prefer my ribs that I foiled over these
Half my family really liked these but I'd say they were an 8 for my personal taste ...
