Hey folks,
I'm Austin from Portland, Oregon. My job requires me to be out of town for about half of the month, but when I am home, I have developed this awesome hobby of BBQing and smoking. I have a two burner propane grill and a Masterbuilt propane cabinet smoker. I'm relatively new to smoking and have only smoked ribs and recently cold smoked cheese. My long term goal is to open a brewery and smokehouse sometime in the future. I look forward to learning new grilling and smoking techniques from you guys.
