Hi folks,
I'm Troy Davis and I live in the burbs of Philly. I have been cooking/grilling since I was a teenager. In the last several years I've fallen in love with smoking meats. I started with a cheap smoker in a Brinkman grill and quickly moved on to a cabinet smoker (Masterbuilt). I'm now working on a UDS (much to my wife's chagrin).
I recently sold my financial services business and I'm working in my friends kitchen learning my craft (and saving the $ I would have spent on culinary school). My goal is to one day bring great BBQ to Malvern.
I'm still in working to perfect my brisket and would love feedback and tips. Thanks guys.
