Afternoon all, finally stopped being lazy and registered on this site. Wife recently surprised me with the option of a new rifle or a smoker and that's why I'm here. MES 30 looks like a Gen 1, then got tired of adding chips every 30 mins after the first brisket and broke down and got the cold smoker attachment to give me a few more hours of sleep during a smoke. AMNPS is next on the list! Look forward into diving head first into this whole smoking thing!
