I am new to sausage making and have had some success in making snack sticks.
I am hoping to move forward and make some dried sausages in the not to distant future.
I have been reading and gaining knowledge on the forum for a while now and have made a few mods to my Brinkmanship Trailmaster Limited smoker.
I am a home Brewer and Novice wine maker. I have been smoking meats for a long time and have been honing my skills but want to continue to learn more and become more advanced creating my own recipes.
