Hello everyone I just recently joined smoking meats forum, I've read some of the threads to get me started and they've been a great help. I'm a beginner just started smoking last fall. I use a homemade smoker that I made out of an old international harvester refrigerator, with a 120v heating element. I can post pictures if there's any interest. So far I've smoked a few different kinds of sausages and some salmon, I'm still trying to expand into ham, bacon, ribs, and brisket. Looking forward to learning some of the tricks of the trade and hopefully posting some of my success over time.
