Looks like you're off to a good start! I need to make some more we are out. I have pork loin and top round in the freezer. Best dig it out and get some going!

Looking at the liquid in your bag, did you forget to up the recipe? The recipe as posted is for 1 pound of meat. You should've multiplied that by 3.5 to get what you'd need for your 3.5 pounds.

How long did you marinate the pork for?
 
I upped the recipe.

I marinated over night.

Its all pulled now.   gonna let it rest overnight
