I'm a Char-Griller 8100 owner trying to perfect my outdoor cooking skills. I have a YouTube channel "iakazul" with a few videos of my cooks. I cook with a number of types of fuels from logs and chunk to lump and briquette charcoal to cook at least 5 days a week. I also run a Char-Griller Side Fire Box and intend to eventually mate it to the 8100 (Patio/Grand Champ)to create a custom stick burner.
