Picked up one thinking it was a butt. Only found 1 post on this thing. So I was thinking injection and doing an Apple hickory mix in the MES mailbox at around 250, and taking it to 140, 145 ish IT. Thoughts from the minds of the thin blue smoke?

If it looks like a butt and you want to slice it,cook to about 165* F

Don't blame ya! Changed that as soon as I posted it. IPAD is a little different than a PC adding pics...
