Looks good, next time try them on the grate the whole time. Alot less fuss and better bark.
 
So cool the entire 6 ours on the racks what about the sauce put that on the last hour on just do no sauce at all
 
It depends, your pit temp and piece of meat could mean a big difference in time. If your at a steady 225 6 hours should be fine but it could take less time some where between 4 and 6 depending on the rack. You can check it to ways to see if it's done the bend test or check with IT with a thermopen I have a cheap one from lowes that was only 10-15 bucks if your at an IT 190-195 your good. Use the search bar and you can find almost any info you want on this site. Just try different ways and you will find what you like the best. 225 straight on the grate 5-6 hours for baby backs works for me i usually keep my sauce on the side every once in a while i will sauce them a good hour or 2 before i pull them

I like the 3-2-1 method myself. Can't really mess it up.
