Rib Steaks in The Snow

We were overdue for some Rib Steaks, so Mrs Bear got some on sale @ “Giant” for $5.99 (Choice).
We already had 14 Steaks in the Freezer, but at that Super Price I told her to get 4 more. 2 for us & 2 for the Freezer.

So this time I Prepped them just like I Prep my Prime Ribs—Coated with Lea & Perrins Bold, CBP, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder.
Then covered & in the Fridge for a few hours, before Grilling Time.

These were Great, just like Rib Steaks always are.

Thanks for Looking,

Bear

This was 2 Days before I made these Rib Steaks.
My Son & his “Boss” V-Plow helping clean up his Dad’s Snowy Mess:

Got 2 nice Choice Rib Steaks waiting to be prepped with the above ingredients.
Same thing I use on my Prime Rib:

All Prepped—Then covered with plastic wrap, & into the Fridge for a few hours:

Then out we go to the waiting Hot Weber “Q”:

The steaks look great Bear!

Are you guys ever going to get some decent weather up there?

All that snow sure looks pretty, but it has to be a PIA!

Yup We Miss them.  When the weather's nice, Mrs Bear walks down to our Son's Tower Shop every day. On the way back, she always stops & pets the little Puppy & Kitty Headstone Statues.

And Thanks for the Points.

Great looking ribeyes! Our snow is finally gone and it's time to start mowing the lawn.
Thank You Much!!!

You're ahead of us---Most of our grass is still White.

I didn't swap my tractors out yet---My Cub with mower is still in storage, and my Gravely with Blower is still in the Ready position.

And Thanks for the Points.

Thank You Warren!!

Yeah, I always liked Black Pepper on my Eggs, but I think I use even more now that I don't put any Salt on them.

And Thanks for the Points.

Nice steaks, Bear! I'd say a lot of snow too but we still have more than that on the ground.

Point for a great meal.

Thank You Disco!!

All we have on the ground right now are the Plow Piles at the corners of the Driveways, but I don't have Jeremiah Johnson as a neighbor, like you have.
