I really enjoy this site so decided to join. My first charcoal grill was a Weber and still use one today. I then purchased a Tucker pull -behind wood smoker and had the most fun and best tasting food with that thing. Just retired my Bradley electric smoker and have purchased a Masterbuilt electric.
I came to love the outside briquette chute on the Bradley but got tired of replacing the melting seal around the door. I have some concerns about the Masterbuilts small wood chip load and hope I am not constantly refilling it. Best part about electric is the "load it and leave it".
I am looking forward to learning more and expanding my horizons while participating on this site.
