After several failed attempts i just made some excellent teriyaki beef jerky...i found the secret. Epicure dipping sauce spice mix with brown sugar and soya sauce. Worked excellent and its been in the cupboard for a long time until my wife suggested it. i would defiantly recommend it, I also tried some honey garlic at the same time but tasted like honey only...needed salt and alot more garlic....next time unless anyone else has perfected it yet?
