Five pound batch of venison jerky smoked with beech.



I do believe I could live on a jerky diet!

Awesome Marty, I love venison jerky & yours looks top notch. I agree, I think I could live on that stuff with a couple cold ones to help wash it down !

This was the Original jerky seasoning Al!
- Original
- Cracked Black Pepper & Garlic
- Honey BBQ
- Teriyaki
- Hickory
- Mesquite
- Sweet & Spicy
- Maple Jalapeno
- Chipotle Lime
- Prime Rib

Looks exceptionally great to me MO ! I like how you took the time to trim it. In fact that looks like you used steak cuts for jerky. Usually I make deer jerky out of what is good trimmings that's not scrapor dog food So yours looks exceptional!
