Hello. I'm new to this forum. I've read many helpful articles, but I've finally decided I would join the forum.
I'm from New Mexico. I've been smoking meat for the past 10 years. It started as a way to get away from my studies in college and has turned into a full fledged hobby. I started on a weber and moved on to offset smokers and a Traeger pellet smoker. I'm currently building a custom reverse flow smoker mounted to a trailer.
I'm excited to learn more of the art of smoking on this forum and possibly add things I've learned in my decade of smoking.
