That is one helluva trailer with some nice attention to detail in terms of looks. But the wood floor simply isn't a selling point to me. Especially the way the firebox opens over it. One of the principles of smoker use is keeping the fire away from things that can burn. You could bolt down a metal covering below those two areas. And during use, it's going to get nasty dirty and by then you'd be crying for being able to use a pressure washer on what should be a metal floor. The wood on the prep stations should be stainless steel or a plastic cutting top. There are some health people from places that would cite you for meat touching that wood including competitions.

3rd one sold & no complaints. No burnt floors because there is a removable plate, not shown. Unless you don't know how to cook or are drunk, floor isn't gonna get burnt. Never got a complaint on them. Most of my people don't use them. Any floor is gonna get dirty no matter what's used. Stainless is an option on the tops, this one is just wood. X-large cutting board works great on it. Never been knocked on competition cooks for it. But there are assholes & people with too much time on there hands out there.

ah....good to know about the removable plates. Cant tell you how many times I have had coals spark out while being poked. Some of the competitions I have been to would nitpick the hell out of the cleanliness category including the floor. Failure on those could include disqualification. Seen to where some teams would complain to event staffs about competition's "cleanliness". I know a guy personally ratted on by Miron Mixon's wife 15 years ago. He said she would go all around digging up dirt on the competition spreading rumors and shit. He said it got be be where if he was going, other teams would back out just to not deal with him and his wife. I send your add to some people I know....one is looking for a trailer kinda like yours.
