I have had a Bradly smoker for a few years now, and use it mostly for farmer sausage and a bit of fish. I like it enough that I want to start trying my hand at more unique things. Starting simple with a smoked turkey breast first, as my first attempt at a bird was a salty disaster a year or so back. I finally have my wife's reluctant support to try again.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a cloudy but nice day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.                              Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
