hello

Hey you out there in the meat world.  I got a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker for Christmas and have been using it weekly ever since.  I'm located in Houston ,TX and have finally joined this forum on the suggestion of numerous friends.  Living in Texas,l I've been cooking meat since I was an infant (haha), but never on an electric smoker.  I have a simple mantra, "let's f***ing do this!".
