Too cold to smoke??

I live in NYC and the temp is going to be around 30 degrees this weekend. Will it be too cold to smoke? Or will I have to cook a bit longer?
 
If you can maintain the temp in the smoker that you are using it should be no different, I am in Colorado and have smoked with it being -10 outside. My smoker ran a tad cooler than normal but did the job just fine.  
 
I smoked an 8 lb pork belly yesterday, here in South Dakota. There was snow falling on the Bradley, but it held 200F easily.
 
It depends on what brand smoker you have.

If it will hold 225 the whole time then you can smoke in 30 degree weather.

When I lived in West Virginia it was a challenge but can be done. Just have to maintain the right temp in the smoker.

I've used Masterbuilts for over 7 years.

They have worked fine as low as Zero Degrees, but the operator has problems below 20°.
