Hello from the bluegrass state! New to the kamado cooking. Just bought an akorn jr a week ago to test the waters. I love it. Did a couple chubs of bologna the other day and some ribs last night. I keep finding myself here during research, so I figured I might as well tune in and make an account. So much knowledge here, really enjoy the forum.
