Found this recipe in Jeff's recipe emails. It looked easy and great appetizer.

These were outstanding and super easy. I bought a large package of country style ribs at Costco and cut them into cubes and froze six package of 16 pops.

So easy to coat in Jeff's rub and into the frig overnight and then wrap with bacon. I added the jalapeño slices, I might also add an onion slice on the next batch.

Smoked about 1 1/2 hrs with Apple chips to 165f. Basted in sauce and served after another 15 min in the MES 30.

Everyone loved these and they were all gone in 15 min.

Man that looks awesome!  Thanks for the post and adding another option to my growing list of ideas :)

Glad I saw this.  I actually have a small tenderloin in the freezer I was wondering what I was going to do with it.
