Hi - first post!

I am relatively new to smoking. Got a Brinkmann Gourmet for free two years ago and have loved cooking on it. Mostly pork ribs, but I have done a few butts, a few turkeys, bacon, and today tried a small chunk of brisket (whiteout snow this afternoon has messed that up a bit). Almost always throw a bulb of garlic on when I smoke. I live in Helena, Montana so weather can wreak havoc.

Almost all of my smoking knowledge has come from this forum, so I thought it was time to create an account!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a beautiful nice cool sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.         Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
