Thursday & Friday Left overs for dinner With an Orange glaze

No pics of the previous cook

I heated it in the kettle,had a CI pan that I was cleaning.Left it in the foil wrapped 15 min. it was ready for slicing


Whipped up some mashed taters 


Fridays plate looked the same

Looks good. Tenders are the #1 way we eat pork here. I cook 4 to feed the crew. My oldest did her 6 month externship at a restaurant in Italy that specialized in Porchetta...Whole head on boneless hogs! Works of art...JJ
