Someone posted pepper stout chucky on an earlier thread.  He was putting extra on a pizza.  

I figured I would give it a try.  

Chuckies with a bit of rub, Montreal mostly.  Then wrapped and in the fridge for the night.


Went on the smoker around 8AM.  Off at noon and added to the peppers and onions.


Added the Guinness, foiled and then in the oven.

Will post an update once I shred it in a few hours.

I appreciate that, but this forum site is filled with a wealth of knowledge and some very smart folks! I learn new things here on a regular basis. Looks like you're going to be a great addition as well.
