B'day all new to site obviously, I'm a mad BBQ king (self rated) I think USA call it broiling?, I've been to the states twice now and cant believe we are so backward on smoking meats etc very little info over here, bit about me I'm in Sydney Australia and a I own my own mechanic shop I know its a bit weird but I love cars and meat I own a American muscle car 1978 trans am, our tuff cars ain't that tuff, but I just love everything about BBQ (broiling) and am now just venturing into smoking, trying my first rack or ribs today in my new ( insert laughing here) gas smoker with a wood chip tray and water tray, anyway just a b'day from down under pete
