Its been unseasonably warm here in northern Illinois the last few days and today was sunny and 65°. I couldnt resist had to smoke something and today it was balogna, spam, and some texas hotlinks. It was amazing. I made us some ultimate sandwiches of texas toast with pimento cheese and fried smoked balogna!!
