Hello everyone!

I live in a suburb of Fort Worth, Texas and just bought my first smoker this past Thanksgiving (at the age of 49). I've smoked a few items and have a friend I call often for tips, but thought I'd get some more info here. Thanks in advance for your tips and insight!
