Definitely couldn't ask for a better juicy chicken breast and didn't brine them either.  Sprayed them with olive oil and one breast got a honey rub and the other Sucklebusters Wild Thang. Popped them onto 1/2 pair of OctoForks and roasted over the fire around 400-500*.    Also cooked up some egg noodles and made a cheesy sauce to pour on top. Yummy!

Looks tasty, where do you get your wood? You seem to go through it.
Thanks chicken breast were amazingly good.

Most of it is just free wood off of CL or just the neighborhood whether someone is cutting down a tree or just tree trimming.  I have a ton of rounds to split up yet.

Also the cooker doesn't run very long on most cooks.
