Hey Everyone, Just going an introduction thread. Not new to smoking but new to the forums. Had a horizontal offset when I was stationed in Hawaii and since it was heavy and a pain to clean, I just sold it to my neighbor. Now that I have settled into the new house in Kentucky I'm in the market for a new one. Looking at various setups and I think im going to go with a cabinet style this time but I am still open to others. I just need to make sure that I have one up and calibrated by the time deer season opens up here.
