Ever heard of a "motivated seller"? Well, that's me. I'm really needing to find a buyer for this grill so that I can get the new one I have my eye on. I have a major cook coming in April and I need the new one in place.

Hey Everyone,
I have decided to downsize and sell my '06 Land Model 84D Chargrill. It has been used a lot served me well over the years for charity cooks as well as for concessions at football games. The grill, overall, is still in really good condition. It does need some work, though. Specifically, the inside plate has burned through starting at the firebox until about 2 1/2 feet in front of the firebox. Also, the flat back wall the of the cooker/firebox is burnt through adjacent to the plate burn through. The firebox door needs new hinges and the flanges that seal the firebox as well. Lastly, it could use a paint job as it looks smoky gray now and the firebox is rust colored.
I know this sounds like it's a big POS but that really isn't the case at all. It will need about $500 worth of maintenance, though.
I am listing it for $3,800 and I am willing to meet the buyer half way by driving up to 300 miles from where I live in NWF.
