OK so I am drooling looking at everyone's food pics! Not ready to smoke yet but I'm working on it! The final product should look like a RF offset! Reaching out before I'm in too deep if anyone has lessons learned and or tips to send my way it's much appreciated! Cheers!

Looks good so far! As for the tutorial, I built mine following it and am very happy with how it works!
Just curious, how big is this? (Sometimes pics can be deceiving)
Any questions you have it seems there's plenty of people here willing to help if they can
 
it use to be a 60 gallon water tank so it is a fair size, i cut it at 40in in lenght so it's a fair size cook chamber...  the other 22 in is for the fire box.  can't wait to actually have a hunk of meat in there!
