Smokin' in Georgia

Just an initial post I am in N.E. Georgia. I am busy with work, family and other hobbies....I recently received Christmas gifts of a meat grinder, sausage press, and dehydrator. My birthday that comes shortly after I got the gift of smoke with a Masterbuilt 40 inch electric smoker. I also already own a propane and charcoal grill. I am quite a newbie witbh all of this looking forward to the deliciousness to come.
