G'day guys

Just joined and enjoying all the posts and info available here. Irish born and raised but living in Australia now for about 3 yrs.
Living in Ireland the only smoking I did was fish, mainly Mackeral, as I fished quite a bit. I've done some pork shoulders and legs of lamb here and there but I'm getting set to try some new recepies and get more serious. Looks like a great forum and looking forward to eating my way though lots of mistakes. I am Irish after all.

Have a good one guys.
