Howdy..checking in from the UpState area....retired old fart here...sorta new to smoking...maybe a year or so..

Working off of a "Trail Embers" brand 30 inch barrel type weber clone.  Been grilling since I was a youngin..but smoking is a whole nother story.  Done 3 Briskets  1 Prime Rib/rack  A couple London Broil Roasts and a flock of chickens.

Learn something new each time I light the fire.

Anyway...Howdy.
