Hi all,

I'm Josh from Wisconsin. Just got a GMG Daniel Boone for my birthday a few weeks ago. So far I have done pork shoulder, brisket and chicken thighs. I am going to try leg of lamb roast tomorrow. Looking forward to learn from all of you master smokers out there. This site looks like a ton of good information for a newbie like me.
