A neighbor in a campground in TX got me started last year...he carried his smoker behind his 5-th wheel. When I got home I bought a Masterbuilt Pro gas/charcoal smoker. So far I've done jerky, turkey breasts, turkey roasts and a brisket. I'm looking to learn more from other members and take my skills to the next level.
