Howdy all!  This is a great forum and I'm happy to be a part of it.  My wife and I are Certified judges for the Florida BBQ Association and are the typical at home cooks and not currently into the competition cooking. We are purveyors of BBQ sauce and dry rubs that are commercially produced in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida.
