Good afternoon!
Well I originally found this forum because of some threads regarding fabricating some smokers.
I'm from Texas, that should say enough about the amount of smoked meats I've eaten and smoked.
There seems to be a lot of great techniques and ideas here and I hope to learn and share along the way.
I sacked a ton of ducks and geese up here in Idaho and plan to make a bunch of jerky and maybe even have a go at some sausage.
