Hi my name is Ricky knight. I live just outside Nashville Tn. I've been smoking meat about 5 years now. I just bought my third smoker tonight. I bought the pecos. One way I've learned to control the temperature is I have a stand up fan with three speeds. If my temps running to low I'll put the fan where it's blowing into the fire box. That seems to really work well
