New to smoking, not even yet...planning on getting an electric smoker this spring and here to look around to get some ideas.  Looking at the Masterbuilt line because of pricing and customer reviews, plus I have a friend who has one and is very happy with it.

We love smoked pork of all varieties.  Looking forward to experimenting with chicken and beef and making lots of pulled pork!

Welcome rawhide69, I am new also.  I was given the Masterbuilt Pro 30" as a gift, and I must say, I think it's perfect.  It's a no brainer, just like I like it!  We will be learning side to side.

Welcome to SMF!

I would suggest you take the free 5 day e course.

There is a lot of good info in there!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a chilly and breezy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.                      Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
