Yesterday I smoked two birds one was cured and the other was injected with a lemon butter garlic that I make usually for basting. Smoked just under four hours untill IT 165*f. We ate some of each last night for supper. Tonight we had spaghetti squash with smoked chicken in the Alfredo sauce. The smoked flavor blended well and was a nice change. Tomorrow night is smoked chicken vegetable soup. Cured on the left regular on the right smoked with pecan.
No view of the spaghetti squash maybe next time.

Funny I was just mentioning to a member about a chicken, bacon, alfredo sauce baked tater.

We always have pan fried chicken chicken in our Alfredo sauce seasoned and cooked in a little butter. But the smoke melbed with the sauce and gave it a nice mellow smoke flavor. I like the sound of adding bacon to it. Maybe nice and crisp as a topper.
