Thought I posted this last night. I looked today and didn't see it. Guess it didn't go through. I apologize if it did and I just double posted.

I dropped a few venison steaks, and a few filets in the sous vide bath last night. I'll save the water pics as they really show nothing worth seeing.

Veni steaks in front & a couple filets in the back. About a minute on each side on the Weber.

Hooper The super champion Wonder Dog waiting impatiently for the grilling to be done.

Veni steak on top, filet on the bottom. Both cut in half to show the sous vides incredible cooking powers!

Needless to say I'm sold.

If you haven't tried sous vide I highly suggest it. Best way to cook steaks in my opinion.

The steaks look delicious!

Your working that SV machine to death.

Glad to hear you like it so much!

I've been doing a lot of veggies with mine.

They all just come out the best ever!

Thanks Al.

Yeah I'm using it a lot. Have to learn some how. Lol.

I haven't tried veggies yet what do you suggest?

Corn on the cob, asparagus, brussell sprouts, cauliflower, all fresh. Haven't tried frozen yet, but that's next.

Those are what we have tried so far & all were real good.

I think the corn on the cob was the best, brussell sprouts a close second.

All of them we just put S& P & a couple of slabs of butter in the bag & let her go.
