Chicken Sausage Weekend: Chicken Pepperoni, Chicken Cheese and Parsley, Buffalo Chicken, Pop's Brea

5 pounds of ground chicken

1 cup of frank's red hot buffalo sauce

2 T of Kosher Salt

2 T of Paprika

1 tsp of Cayenne.

You inspired me today with this recipe. Instead of making a sausage I made burgers withe Jack cheese They were a hit, Thanks for posting. I will do it as sausage in the future.View media item 539903
