Hi...  Been reading here for years.  I have had 3 or 4 different charcoal smokers.  Mainly the little bullet water smokers.  Last smoker was a tall rectangle charcoal smoker that worked great after I added latches and gaskets.  I just bought a new electric Masterbuilt JMSS 1200-Watt Electric Vertical Smoker.  So far i love it..  I allows me to do the lower temp stuff I could never do before.  So far I have only tried beef jerky and cashews in it.  I currently have 8 chicken breasts in it. Rubbed and injected.

Look forward to posting here now.

Names Rick.
