Hey Richie, I think our good friend Bear is finally getting the hang of that Prime Rib smoking. What do you think another 20 - 25 years practice

Gary
My $.02 worth I think he should hold a tasting party to see if the pics are really his.

Looks amazing!

Thanks to your step by step my first ever ribeye roast came out so well.  I confirmed this past weekend that my Costco carries the Flinstone style standing rib roasts on Friday and Saturday.  I'm so going to do one some day!

They look about like this!
Thanks!!

The way I like my meat.

You realise that we have to take your word on how wonderful these cook ups taste, but just looking at the pics I can almost taste it from here.

Well done mate.

Cheers from Down Under.

The king of PR strikes again!! Looks excellent as always!
Thank You Sir!!

I would gladly have this on New Year's Day, instead of Pork & Sauerkraut, but Mrs Bear insists we have to have the P & S for Good Luck in the New Year.

Looks awesome. Going to try that for the lil lady on valentines.  POINTS!  RIGHT??? Who's with me?  HAHA.  Ok so my 2 cents... I think you need to get another tie down for that smoker.... You never know when it might jump off the porch (you must get high winds or earthquakes)....HAHA.

Thanks NPLB !!

She'll love it !!  There is no better tasting way to make a Prime Rib.

As for tying my MES down;  I went 5 years without tying it down, but a couple years ago I heard bumping on the front porch, and when I looked out the Spare room window, it was rocking.

So I tied it down good, because it wouldn't be good if it fell face down off of the 2' high stand it's on. Depending on the direction of the wind, it can get like a "Wind Tunnel" on that Porch.

No earthquakes here yet, but there is some Fracking going on in other parts of PA, so you never know.
