Hello I'm Jarrett, Im from Illinois an love smoking meat. I'm currently in the process of building a smoker. So this way I can do bigger cuts of meat an more of a larger quantity of snack sticks and summer sausage. The smoker I have designed the cook chamber is 42Hx28Wx23D. I'm looking for any recipes and advice thanks in advance
