Well despite the weather I broke out the pellet grill to place my Bore Head Brot, Ribs and Brisket on for the week ahead. All cameout prefect no issues. Temp was a littel difficult as rain and cold made it different for me. Upped it to 225 which jumped to 245 and low 215 no worries loving it.

Does smoking for friend New Years Eve count if they were still eating after midnight? [emoji]128539[/emoji] Feel the gravitational force of the smoker as we speak.

Looks good - and it is great that smoking is something you do all year round too. 

Could I suggest that you lose the "G&J Photography" watermark though - or at least move it so somewhere less obtrusive. It really detracts from the photos.
