New to smoking and new to the site! I just bought a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker with Bluetooth. I have been successful in my first two tries but now I want to make my deer jerky. I have a hodgepodge of different meats to use of out of the freezer and reallyvhave no idea where to start. I have been reading several of the forums but still lack the confidence to begin. Also wanting to find a sweet and spicy recipes. I want to use up some of the Cube Steak and Ham steaks. adventures

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a cloudy and gloomy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of          great people with tons of information on just about everything.
