Has anyone had temp problems on reverse flow cookers that have cabinet style doors on cook chamber ? Getting ready to start a 250 gallon build and I really like the cabinet style doors but not sure if it's going to mess the flow up and cause uneven temps. Any help is appreciated ....thanks Scott

I built a standard box smoker with doors that way, while they are super convenient my issue was the amount of heat I would lose when I opened the doors.

Good luck, share pics of your build.

Smoke ON!
